Sonia Kruger, 60, shares her secret arm-toning routine
Sonia Kruger Shares Her Fitness and Skincare Secrets
Sonia Kruger, a 60-year-old fitness enthusiast, has given fans an exclusive look into her daily routine. Appearing on Sunrise, she promoted her online home fitness program called Strictly You. Demonstrating her commitment to health, Sonia led the hosts, Matt Shirvington and Natalie Barr, through a quick workout session.
'It's not about being skinny, it's about being strong,' she said before starting the routine. She shared five exercises that she claims are essential for achieving toned arms. 'Every woman, and man, is going to stop in their lounge room and go, "I want Sonia's arms,"' Natalie exclaimed excitedly.

Sonia began with an exercise she called 'the Titanic.' 'Imagine Leonardo DiCaprio is standing behind you – maybe not you, Matt – and pulse up and down. Then I want you to flip your arms over and pulse on the other side,' she explained. This move is also known as 'lady flaps.'
Next, she performed an exercise that paid homage to a fellow TV personality. 'I like to call this one... this is Grant Denyer milking a cow,' she said. 'He's a friend of Sunrise, a good mate of mine, he would love this.'
The third exercise was inspired by the iconic British ski jumper Eddie The Eagle. Sonia crouched down with her arms outstretched behind her while pulsing them up and down. 'I also call this Tinder date going well, that's another name for that move,' she joked.
Sonia then moved into an 'air traffic controller' position, with her arms raised above her head in a Y-shape.

Both Natalie and Matt were impressed with the short workout, admitting they could feel the burn. This comes after Sonia revealed her skincare routine that keeps her looking younger than her age.
As a mother to a nine-year-old daughter, Maggie, and a busy career, Sonia keeps her skincare simple. She uses the Radiant Complexion Serum from Three Warriors, which costs around $80. 'My make-up artist Simone Forte loves that the serum keeps my face hydrated overnight and in the morning my skin already has a nice base,' she told The Beauty Diary in 2024.
'The best part is, after I take off all my TV make-up and I've applied the Radiant Complexion Serum, I know I'm going to wake up with a beautiful glow in the morning,' she continued. 'For busy working mums, we'll take anything that works while we're sleeping.'
Sonia is also a fan of the Three Warriors tanning lotion, which helps her get beach-ready in just ten minutes. '[Fake] tan makes me feel like I look healthy, and also evens out my skin tone,' she said. 'I'm not going to the beach unless I have a bit of tan on, as swimsuits are getting smaller, I'm getting bigger, so I need some coverage.'

Speaking to Daily Mail in 2024, Sonia emphasized the importance of rich moisturizers and LED light masks, along with a good fake tan, for a year-round glow. She insists that hydration is key to smooth and plump skin. 'Winter can also be harsh on your skin, hair, and overall beauty routine,' she said. 'Incorporate hydrating face masks and LED light masks into your routine once or twice a week to boost moisture levels.'
